   Hi Have come across a strange one. I should have office 2010 on my pC (installed at purchase) but have only part available, the remainder appears to be in a drive entitled "Q" Office 2010 protected", on attempting to access as administrator it states access denied???
   
   Why is there a drive Q on my pC which I cannot access, how was it created? Can I get to my office 2010? Thanks

   Are you sure that the Office 2010 installed at purchase was the full version and not some trial version?
   Please state the brand and exact model of computer so we can determine what software is on the computer.
