Office 2016 Issue, Does Not Work At All

My office version seems to be OFFICE 16.0.4266.1001
Few days back there was problem as my computer started restarting due to Power supply issue
After I rectified it, when I start my office 2016, I get an error,
MICROSOFT OFFICE CANNOT FIND LICENSE FOR THIS APPLICATION A REPAIR ATTEMPT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL OR WAS CANCELLED MICROSOFT OFFICE WILL NOW EXIT,

Its happening for two days now,

Cany anyone here help?

The first thing to have tried is system restore - did you?

 

tried it, does not work

 

You could use Libre Office. It was able to handle all of my Word and Excel files with it (I didn't use the other office programs).

Also, if you call Microsoft, they will probably eventually solve the issue for you.

 

ok let me try that (Libre office & Microsoft)
