Office 2021 Issues On Windows 10 Pc After Uninstalling Co-pilot/updating Ccleaner 7

I need some help here. My Office Professional Plus 2021 has stopped working. I can't figure out if the issue started after CCleaner automatically updated to the latest version (7.7.2.1080.1295) or after I uninstalled Copilot, along with a few other programs, mostly games I don't play anymore. I have run both Quick Repair and Online Repair, and MS Office says the issue has been resolved and the program should work but it doesn't. I tried reinstalling Office 2021 (without uninstalling anything), but that didn't work. Was uninstalling Copilot a bad move? (Microsoft 365 Copilot is still on my system and works fine.) I'm debating two plans of action: 1) do a System Restore to before I uninstalled Copilot and hope that fixes things or 2) uninstall Office 2021, the reinstall the program and see if that fixes the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I would consider doing a system restore to a point before the copilot uninstall. Or uninstall office completely and reinstall. Just a note, I uninstalled copilot and it had no affect on my office, but mine is office 2016, so that may be the difference.
