office enterprise 07 intelisync issue

    I have just installed Office enterprise 07 onto my notebook running windows xp (sp2) and now when I try to sync outlook with my blackberry pearl I get the message "function openmsgstore failed" Any ideas on how I can resolve this? Do you need any more info?
