office multimedia server

Hi all, I know a Dentist that is looking to setup a multimedia server for his patients while they are in the chair having work done. He wants the patients to be able to view movies, listen to music and be able to control this from the chair. I am setting him up with pc's in each room for his practice software but he also wants a second monitor on the ceiling for the multimedia Pc. I do not the two systems to be able to interfere with each other as the multimedia is going to be a bandwidth hog.What is a great solution to this software and hardware wise?
