I'm looking for help with Outlook and thought a forum would be a great place to get it.

I'm using Office XP. I'm sending out a random survey to certain individuals within the company. The individuals were randomly selected. I would like to send the survey to each selected individual without them seeing the names of the other selected memebers of the survey. is this possible within Oulook?

I know on our exchange server. All global accounts that have been created by our IS Dept has the option of selecting properties and viewing each user that has been added to the global list. Is there a way around this?

    Thanks to all who responds.

sending the mail with the emails in the BCC (blind carbon copy) will not allow recipients to view other recipients email addy's that recieved the email.

And if you don't know about BCC (blind carbon copies) go here to find out. With pictures, even.:)
