Office XP problems (Word)

    I am experiencing problems with my Office XP. When logging into Windows XP as "guest" and opening up Word, I get a scribble of letters already typed into the new document and the font color is pink. How do I get rid of this everytime I open up Word? Please help!

    sounds like the guests version of the normal.dot has been altered. Look for hidden file called NORMAL.DOT under that profile and delete it. Then load word again. problem solved.

    Side note. The GUEST account on XP should not even be enabled. I

    It worked! Thanks for your help! Oh, and the reason the Guest account is enabled is because this is a PC in a middle school lab and all the kids use this account.
