ogg music files

Am currently cleaning up my music collection on my computer and found a folder with all songs/tracks saved as ogg files.

I briefly looked online for more info on this file type as I've never come across it before. I dont recall ever saving music as ogg files.

I usually use Audacity or Sony Soundforge to convert my music from one extension to another, but neither can read ogg. Are there any softwares currently available for download that will allow me to convert these to either wav or mp3 format?
