Oh God, Please Help

I've just accidentally deleted several files from my recycle bin. I didn't mean to put them in there in the first place; I just accidentally clicked and dragged more files than I'd meant to and emptied the recycle bin without thinking. I need to get the files back. Can anyone recommend a good free software that I can use to get them back and tell me how to use it?

Thanks. I tried that last night. Didn't help. The initial search recovered 60 files no younger than last year. And the deep scan I tried next said it would take 20 hours to complete so I gave up on it. I just redownloaded all the files I eventually managed to remember. The one I've still forgotten is probably lost forever. Just have to hope I can do without it.
