Oh god, please no

    My computer has recently been shutting off randomly in anything which is highly video oriented(playing games, watching videos)
    Now after I install Panda Antivirus it takes 2 1/2 minutes to boot up.
    It takes like 5 minues for the start bar to show up.
    Please help. I attached my HJT log.
