ok this is a weird prob...

ok im a tech and fix computers so i know my way around a pc pretty well...anyway I've only had this problem once when trying to set a customers HD as a slave it says something to the effect of "access denied" or "access to specified file was denied" the file is a torrent i recently downloaded because the original dvd for it is scratched up but i have a key for it....what could possibly cause this and be a possible fix for this? thanks in advance

WHat is the problem?Is it the HD,or torrent file.The original DVD is for what use?

 

no just the torrent file ive tested with my torrents of Fedora and Ubuntu the DVD is UT 2K4 but it only gets to 14% install and then cant read from disc.

 

The file that you download is maybe corrupt.Many games that I was download in the past had same problem,cos they don't uploaded right.Try to download the game from another source.
