   Speculant The Confused One

   i just installed an older pci audio card (to use its joystick port)
   
   but whenever i try to install a game pad/joystick thats plugged into the sound card, my computer freezes up!
   
   Help!
   
   (btw, the sound card is Creative Sound Blaster PCI. i dont know the version...)
