Old Blood Bowl PC game

Is anyone familiar with this game, and/or can anyone help me get it to run on a current system?

This is a very old game, it was made to run in a DOS enviroment. I'm attempting to run it on a fairly new PC (2.8 GHZ Celeron,, 504 MB RAM, 80 GB hard drive, Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition). I've tried running it with the XP Emulator, none of the settings help. I've started it from the command prompt, but then it says "Can't allocate enough XMS. Please consult your manual." I know XMS is some type of memory, but why would a game this old be looking for it?

Any help would be appreciated.
