Can anybody tell me how to "unzip" a batch of files copied from a very old Iomega zip disk. They are of the form:

    Backup Job 5 - Disk 1 00-04-07 09.19.17.1-Step 22777 kb
    Backup Job 5 - Disk 1 00-04-07 09.31.39.1-Step 435 kb
    Backup Job 5 - Disk 1 00-04-07 09.34.48.1-Step 436 kb

I have a Fujitsu 2010 laptop with 1.6GHz processor, 256kb RAM and Windows XP SP2.

I have downloaded Iomega Backup but it does not see the files on my hard disk and threatens to restore files from a zip drive to their former locations. This would be a miracle as it is somewhere in Kosovo.

Iomega only seem to give solutions for people with the Zip drive hardware, but these files are from another old computer and the Zip drive is long gone.

    Any ideas are welcome. Thanks
