old PC hangs on reboot

    So I try to select restart via the start menu (or programs will prompt), and it acts like its going to reboot but hangs when the screen says windows is shutting down. The hang doesn't go away. I'm a patient guy and waited around an hour while reading a book. :D

    I'm using:
    PC 350 (it appears that this is the brand name)
    Win98 SE Version 4.10.2222A
    GenuineIntel Pentium Pro processor
    320 MB RAM
    I'm connecting with a 10MB cable (USB)

    I didn't bother reading through all of the posts as I highly doubted that anyone else was as outdated as I am. lol
