   Hi,Fist post so bear with me and my spelling.Have an xp home edition computer ,all i can get out of it is the screen saver and nothing more. I have started it in safe mode and run a virus scan and de-frag with same results on restart.

   Are you able to run anything in safe mode? Can you open task manager and start explorer? Are you suspecting this to be malware? The only way we can check is if you can follow these instructions, otherwise you may need to post in the software forum:
