On its way out..??

alright well lately this computer has been really slow at times.. like when doing 2 things at once. Main problem is its starting to lag pretty hard in websites such as facebook.. even when im playing youtube videos it choppy and laggy.. im really starting to think its basicly ran a good 9 years and its on its way out.

Anything i could try to see if i could get it running so it can be tolerated , maybe adding some memory?

i basicly do the CCleaner cleanup every day , and the registry/start up cleaner often but not as much.

I did everything in that link and there is some improvement but nothing really impressive.. im still lagging at youtube , facebook.. it seems like the computer cant handle doing many things at once any more..

Suggestions?
