I have an Asus AN8-E. Should I use the onboard LAN or an MS LAN? I used the LAN card in my last rig.

    Thanks for any help.

Does not matter, although I am not sure what MS Lan is? Onboard will work fine, at the end of the day, the differences are small to nothing. I have run every network card out there and never can see a difference. Even the new 300 dollar Killer network card is a minimum improvement not worth the money, for example.

If you have a PCI network card and onboard, either remove the pci card or disable the onboard in the bios depending on which you use.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and installed the MS network card. MS meaning "Microsoft." I should have been more clear. I was more familiar with that so I went with that.

    Thanks again for the info.
