One Forum, One Pc Problem?

I have 2 PCs and a laptop.
All modern and up to date.
The 2 PCs were upgraded to W10, one was totally successful and the other was a problem so took it back to W8.1.
The laptop was also upgraded to W10....successfully.
I have retained IE 11 on the three machines.
The problem.....the upgraded PC (W 10....IE11) has a problem with only one particular forum.
It will only click through 3 or 4 posts then stop with a forum blank page and not load the actual content of that page.
The only resolution seems to be close the tab and disconnect from the internet....then reconnect, go to the forum and continue as before.....it will again only click through a few posts.
I can use all the forums facilities during that period each time.
The other two machines have no problem and they are all on the same network in my house!

 

Firstly clear Internet Explorer's temp files.
Then run Tweaking.com - Windows Repair Portable.

Click the Repairs tab, then Open Repairs, unselect all and only select Repair Network. Click Start Repairs.
Restart the PC.

 

I have completed that Eldon but it hasn't resolved the issue.

Second time lucky!

The image is part of the screen with the favourites on the left....it simply stays there and won't load the text.

 

A bit more explanation.
When it sticks and doesn't load the text/content I can click and open other forums etc and they open normally.
If I then click the 'faulty' forum in my favourites list the page (on whatever forum I am looking at) stays and it doesn't open the 'faulty' one.
To get that forum I have to actually come off the internet first!
