    Hi

I am a member of a hosting site (elite hosting) and i have email setting's that i received from them to setup an email account which i have on outlook on a laptop.

I would like to know if it is possibe to setup the same email account on another laptop using outlook so that when emails are sent to the email address, that it appears on both laptops?

We managed to setup email on both laptops however only the laptop who connects to outlook first and it updates gets the mail. The other laptop doesnt get the mail at all.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Welcome Franky_B :)

Ensure that Outlook (or any other mail program) is set on both machines to leave a copy on the server.

If the hosting service supports IMAP on their mail server, as opposed to POP3, you might find IMAP more efficient when using multiple computers with your email account. IMAP automatically keeps all email clients synchronized. For example, if you deleted a message while using one computer and then later access email on the other computer, the message you deleted while using the first computer will automatically be removed from the second computer, and vice versa.
