Yes, it's true. This 12 year old kid from India is a true Windows tweaking prodigy. He comes up with all sorts of kick-*** tweaks, then writes little apps to make these tweaks easy for the rest of us to implement. He also builds the sites HIMSELF!!! One of his latest creations is a quick-n-easy way to set your favorite WMV/MPG video as a wallpaper!!! Yeah - I said it - you can now have the movie "Pulp Fiction" running as your wallpaper (as long as you have it in MPG or WMV format). This particular tweak is called "DreamScene" and is apparently only for Windows 7. Just one more reason to update yourself to the best Windows ever....
