One Or More Network Protocols Are Missing

I run a Windows 10 peer to peer network over Ethernet connections via a router. I have reserved DHCP via the router configuration - so I believe that this gives each PC the same ip address each time.
There are 10 PCS on the network, all of whom can normally connect to each other, with the main "server" being my own PC on which I have a shared network drive.
Today after the recent windows update I now have the problem that none of the PCs will connect to my PC. All give the message The network path was not found, and when I have used windows automated repair within the windows 10 system it shows that One or more network protocols are missing.
It seems from looking at forums this is happening to a lot of people post the recent updates.
I have tried running at a cmd prompt: ipconfig /flushdns; ipconfig /release; ipconfig /reset
I have tried netsh int ipv4 install
I have tried SFC /scannow
I have also tried your fix of item 13 on Tweaking windows
None of these things seem to make any difference.

I have a couple of questions before I try running through the whole of the Tweaking Windows repair tool.
1) Should I be looking to sort this problem on all the PC's?
2) Should I change my reserved DHCP on the router? Although we used to have the problem of "missing" PC's on the network map (under win 8.1)
3) Is there any obvious problem that Microsoft may sort soon?
4) Should I literally try running all of the repair items on the Tweaking Windows tool?
5) Any other ideas?

I am managing to function still by having set up an emergency VPN using Hamachi, which is adequate for the time-being, but somewhat frustrating!
