One website in the world wont load for me

Hey so a few days ago a website that I go to almost everyday stopped working for me. Its the only website in the world that won't load for me and its pornhub (**Warning...graphic porn site for anyone who looks it up). Its no parental block because im the only one who uses this computer and im an adult. I believe it stopped working only a few days ago the day after I installed windows updates. I did system restore and it still wont work. I uninstalled some of the updates it did and it still wont work.

I've tried on multiple browsers and it doesnt load. At the top of the screen it only says Connecting... and nothing happens. I've tried the ping and tracert command in cmd and it seems like nothing is wrong. My OS is windows 7 and router is netgear and internet is cox if that info is needed. I have also changed my ip a few times and it still wont work. I've also cleared my cache too. So if anyone knows how to fix a problem like this where a certain website won't load then help me out please and thanks.

 

theres tons more porn sites out there to worry about one that wont work...

You will probably find that your internet provider has blocked that site. You could contact them but if they have blocked it then it was probably because of complaints and so I doubt they will reverse their decision.
I just did a test and I can't connect to it either.

There are a few sites I can't connect to but but when I travel to another country I can connect to them.
One site is a free file sharing site I joined a long time ago to share photos with family and friends while traveling but it has become flooded with pirated stuff and I can't connect to it here anymore but I can connect when I travel to another country.
I have to use another site to share my photos now.

 

Although it's not my thing i tried and it loads for me ,so as was suggested your ISP has for some reason blocked it.
If it is important to you then i suggest that you try using a proxy and see if that works although it will be slow with a proxy.

 

my isp hasnt blocked it, i can go on the website on my ipod touch that is using my internet and it works fine, its only a problem with my computer.

 

A HOSTS file could block that or even a DNS server like OpenDNS.

If you use passive security apps like Spywareblaster, that might block a site.

Check your browser settings and see if there are any changes to security settings or content blocking.

Clear the disk cache within each browser.
As DavidGP suggested, you can use CCleaner as it sometimes does a more thorough job of cache cleaning than just allowing the browser to do it.

I have found that to be true with Opera.
Clearing the cache within Opera may not be sufficient, but doing it with CCleaner seems to wipe out everything so those things must be reloaded.
