online armor blocking ie7

I recently reinstalled ie7. Now online armor is blocking it and I'm unable to connect to any sites unless I disable oa. I haven't been able to find a way to fix this.

Help appreciated.

 

Configuration, under Main Menu>Firewall:

Is Internet Explorer allowed? If not, highlight it, right click and allow.

 

Internet explorer is allowed. Under the "computers" tab for the "Local Area Connection" it has 2 listings, one for 192.168.1.1 and the other 192.168.1.046. Both are listed as "unknown" in the status column.

 

OA seems to be conflicting with your router!! Can you configure OA to allow your router to connect to PC. I don't use OA so cannot help as to how it should be done Maybe during training of the Firewall you did not allow it.. Cheers...

 

It wasn't blocking ie7 until I reinstalled it. I think this happened once before and I was able to fix it by uninstalling and then reinstalling oa. I was hoping to find an easier method.

 

Can you right click and allow. I'm presuming these are listed in OA LAC "computer tab"

 

Don't use OA either but see if there is a listing in a programs tab and under "hide trusted" you can uncheck the hide box, then unblock IE by right clicking and allow, if that's the issue.

Might be called Program Guard not sure if still the same...
