Online backup problem [Indepenco]

Good afternoon from Aust. Love MG, have for years, and this is the first time I have come unstuck with using the site.

Have joined and paid for the online backup have all the confirmations via the web, but have not idea as to how to get into the system, it is still telling me I do not have enough space to save the items I need too. Have paid for enough, tried to ask in the correct forum but that one is not accepting questions, so can anyone direct me to the right place, or what to do.

Hi and Welcome

I'm gathering the Online Backup you are talking about is this one HERE? if not please advise.

Which space level did you purchase?
How much data are you trying to upload?
What is the exact error message and if you can screenshot it that would be good and attach as per the instruction HERE

What Windows version and Service Pack are you using?

What forum where you trying to ask questions in that was not accepting your questions?

I may need to call Jim (co owner of Majorgeeks) in on this as I think he knows more on the Majorgeeks backup than I do.
