I interested in trying an online computer service company to have maintain and clean up my computes (laptop and desk top), do you have any suggestion on who your recommendation are?

This would require you to open up your computers to their access (Remote Assistance). This is not recommended. The company itself may be considered reputable but, that doesn't mean the person that's digging around in your computers is. There's no telling what could be done.

I'd never consider something like this. I have remote assistance turned off.

Take the time to learn how to maintain your own hardware - you will not regret it.

My first computer purchased in 1988 was an expensive IBM. From day one, I felt there was something wrong with the computer. The hard drive died and it cost me $400 to replace the hard drive! That replacement drive came with a warranty. The replacement drive died before the warranty was up and was replaced again. I really had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. That died and was replaced for the 3rd time.

I never really knew if they replaced the drive or only told me they replaced it. I then decided I didn't want to be taken advantage of so when a local Vo-tech offered a course in computer hardware, I took it. We learned how to open computers - every week someone brought his/her computer to class and we solved a problem or replaced a part on it.

I ended up taking the course every time it was offered because all computers are different. I'm not afraid to open desktop computers and replace or add items to the interior. I'm a lot more timid when it comes to laptops. I've only added or replaced RAM. I'm to afraid of breaking something in a laptop. But if a laptop wasn't working at all, I'd consider taking it completely apart because it is unusable unless something is done to it.

The advice from others above - not to use any commercial service - is the right advice.
To maintain and clean either of your systems you need no one else but yourself:

    Security maintenance
Make sure you have a good anti-virus program installed on your system and that you keep its definitions up to date.
Make sure you keep your Operating System up to date with all important updates - on Windows they are generally released on the second Tuesday of every month.
Don't ever open or click on any links in any unrecognised or spam emails

    System Maintenance
Remove any software programs that you never use or need. If your system is a 32bit OS then use an uninstaller like Revo Uninstaller
or if it is a 64bit system use something like IoBit Uninstaller

At least once a week you should use a safe program to clean your drives of temporary files and for that CCleaner SLIM is good and you must have all web browsers closed when you run its 'Cleaner'. I suggest you just run it in its 'default settings' post-install.

You can also use the 'Tools > Start Ups' section of CCleaner to see if you have any unneeded program launching every time windows boots.

You can get clear additional advice on all these issues here.

Just to add, don't open any email attachments either unless you are quite sure they are OK and don't download html content unless you need it and are sure the sender is safe, usually meaning you regularly receive and open messages from them.
