Online gaming issues

Hello, i am having some trouble while playing warrock and maybe someone can help me. I started to have lag problems two weeks ago and this is the first time that i have experienced lag like this. I launch warrock and sometimes, when i join a room, i freeze every second. Its like a lag spike second after second. (I have been playing for a long time.) I know that it is not my graphics card since there was no problem before. I have a GeForce 6200 256mb. I also know that it is not my Ram which is 1 gig. But it also cannot be my internet connection because like i said, i just experienced this horrible lag two weeks ago. But i was having a problem where when i downloaded something, it would not complete. It would stop usually in the middle or near the end or even at the begining. Could this lag be P2P (peer to peer)? Or could this be my internet provider? I have a eMachines (yes i know) with Intel Celeron CPU 2.93GHz with 1 gig of ram. And its XP service pack 2 version 2002. Also, when i was in a game recently, i check my task manager and it said that i had 100% CPU usage. I know thats not normal. I have in total about 42 processes running. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

 

1. call your ISP and see if theres any thing going on.
2. updates for the game, your card, and windows can all help (or some times stop you)
3. if the game has forums ask and see if any one is having the same thing going on.
