Some time ago, someone here taught me how to save some video clips online as .wmv to my hard drive. The clip has a .asf extension and is the Phil Driscoll clip on http://24.188.220.195:8833/whm2006phil?MSWMExt=.asf

It had something to do with saving the link above in < > in a Notepad file with a .htm as the extension for the file name. Somehow, one was then able to retrieve the url that includes the .wmv so that it can be saved to the computer. Can anyone fill me in?

This sounds like my doing, but I could be wrong. Typically I am.

Could you link to the actual page to this clip?

.asx files are typically embedded files that leads to the actual clip.
