Online Music Stores?

Which one? I now have i-Tunes who has millions of songs except for the ones i want and cannot download the songs I PAID for to my Creative MuVo! I don't mind paying a dollar for each song either but i've never done the Morpheus thing. Is Morpheus a cinch to put on my puter w/o buggering it up? Morpheus is a share thing right? With that being said do i have to give before i can get? Is there a spam/spy/junk e-mail free Morpheus download out there? Please help, big thanks!

That's not exactly true. eMule, uTorrent and the original Bittorrent client, offered here at Majorgeeks, do not include spyware. Quite a few P2P apps available today do not come with spyware, in fact. This link to slyck.com has listings for most P2P clients and also the networks they use, including detailed info such as spyware/adware status and user reviews.

The major problem is what you download. Obviously downloading viruses/trojans/spyware disguised as more desirable files is a major problem, some networks more than others. Also, there is the possibility of costly legal action as result of downloading copyrighted files. There are others, but those are the big issues.

 

Use JHymn to remove the Apple DRM from iTunes songs you have purchased. It even offers the option to convert them to .mp3 files for those players incompatible with the AAC (.m4a extension, m4p extension if DRM protected) files from the iTunes store.
