"Only The Best" Solution

I apologize ahead of time for pointing folks to another board, but I think we can all agree that this problem is really really bad enough to warrant all eyes looking for a solution. Having said that, take a look here for some some solutions.

Hey All, i got rid of it!!! I'm not sure exactly how but this much i know. I followed all the directions of deleting the files, but the one file that brought it back was the one below.

It places a file, for me it was sk***.exe in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
registry and that is why it keeps coming back. I don't know what keeps putting it there, but deleting that took care of my problem!!! There should be nothing there, if there is delete it!
