    Hi

Herein lies the potential problem, installing a modified version and one thats been edited to remove many components to make it slimmer install size, is likely to have removed Accesability options as one of the first items to go.

Try seeing if its still available, by clicking Start > Run and type accwiz and hit enter.

Also goto Add/Remove and Add/Remove Windows Components > when the list appears click Acessories and Untilites and Acessability Wizard if available.

If its not available then options are re-install the proper full version of XP Retail or could try this http://cnt.lakefolks.com/ not tested myself.
