Anyone have an idea? I looked online and got to a number of commercial sites that "strongly recommend" that I run thier registry scan. Nope, not gonna do it.

Thanks, I went there and hit the download button and was taken to a page where nothing happened although it, too, encouraged me to run a registry scan using Registry Booster. Is there supposed to be some other download button to just get the FileNet file?

No, I was mostly giving a suggestion in what that .itp file could be used for.

Can you give a name of the file?

It is a work file from a client. the filename ends in .itp and I have no idea what to use to open it.

I'm off to bed soon, but can you ask the client what program they used to save that file?
