2 questions. 1) My Firefox does not load .pdf files for viewing on the Internet, but I.E. works fine on the same site. Firefox configuration problem? Other?

    2) When installing Intel Active Monitor, the install fails. Get the message that the Remote Procedure Call failed. Install basically hangs up and does not complete. Turned off the anti-virus, firewall, pop-up stopper. Machine is a Dell 650 with an Intel Xenon processor, running XP Pro, SP2 and all updates. Any suggestions to check?

Did you install FF before or after you installed Acrobat reader?

[EDIT] Star17 Oops, we posted at the same time. [/EDIT]

FF installed first, then Acrobat Reader 7

PS Found out my Xeon processor no longer supported by Intel, Intel Active Monitor will not work on that machine, a Dell runnng at 2.4 GHz and XP Pro SP2+

Make sure that nppdf32.dll is installed in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins; if not then copy it from C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\Browser, and paste it to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins.
