Opening Ports in Zone Alarm Pro

My apologies for my repeated postings. I have a problem with Zone Alarm, I am trying to get this application I have to access the internet yet it can't but when I disable my firewall it is able to, now I don't want to do this as it's a horrible idea so I need to open certain specific ports to try and see if it works. How can I do this in Zone Alarm pro? I have already given the program access of all kinds but to no avail.

 

Is the program you want to allow access in the program control list ? If not you can add it by clicking add . I know i have had this problem myself and it wasn't until i added the program it would not allow access
