Opening ports

    Read the posts and am more confused.
    My problem is, I bought a magic Jack Voip I do believe. I cannot use it unless I disable my anti-virus and firewall. I have the full versions of Avast AntiVirus & Sunbelt software firewall. Thats the old Kerio. Magic Jack recommended that I open ports 5060-5070. No idea how to do this. I saw on one post about a program to do this. I looked for a search option, but do to radiation treatments I can't focus my eyes to long. I'm about ready to chuck the Jack. Thundermoon:-D
