Opening Ports

Hello, I am trying to open some ports for Madden 2005. I have a bunch of numbers but I'm not exactly sure how to go about opening them. This is what is says in the manual.

Madden 2005 uses the following TCP and UDP ports for Internet play:

HTTP: 80 (outbound only)
HTTPS: 443 (outbound only)
TCP 13505, 26300-26399 (outbound only)
UDP 1795,1797 (inbound and outbound)

I tried to open them using the box on the attachment but I'm not sure what box to click and what numbers to put where. Can anyone help me out?
