opening .tpl

    I have downloaded a phpBB forum theme and I do not no how to install it on to the forum. Also I saved the download and in the folder which consists of many files one of them says install, but the program extension is .tpl. It will not let me open the program and I need to know how to open the program. Or if anyone knows how to install the theme with out opening all these programs, the help and directions would be appreciated

    Open it with notepad or your HTML editing program. All it is a variable in php which ignores " and ', so you dont need to escape them. Its just a normal text file
