Opening Up Site On

    I use Explorer a fair amount, now when i try to open a saved site in favorites. A yellow bar pops up with this do you want do you want to open, open and save, will not do either. Looking for assistance on how to stop it.

    Attn plodr----I checked my uninstall and found something hat should not have been. I was named CASH BACK I uninstalled it and cleared the problem that you were helping me with. I always post a question before I think to check.

    Thanks. Glad you found it and fixed it.
    If you simply say Win 8.1, that is sufficient for the OS running. Windows 10 gets tricky, then people want to know the build number.
