Opinion on IE7 Pro Update

I'm curious if anyone else has had any experience withe the latest IE7 Pro 'update'.

I'm not certain if anything important has changed, other than I have noticed that it rapidly seems to try to slip through a bunch of unnecesary choices (Simular to Set my browser search engine to Search My Cajones.com or something else annoying.) These choices seem to come set by default into the new installation. I find the way these pages flash by on my computer during the installation process a little creepy.

I would recommened that anyone installing this might take the time to look through the IE7 Pro Prefences after the install is complete to unclick a bunch of items such as my jestical example. This may be a pet peeve of mine, but personally, there are a lot of businesses that I would prefer not to have permission to gather data on me while I browse.

Opinions? Comments?

It gives you the option during install. I just simply set it the way I want.

As you can see, none of it was forced on me. I had the choice to check, or uncheck items.
