Not a power-user and I try to be careful where I surf. Looking for easy-to-use protection when I'm on the web. Currently have a good AV and a couple of antispyware programs.

I've been reading about Sandboxie on their web site. I like the concept...surf in a virtual browser and then delete the sandbox when finished. Any viruses, trojans, other malware go poof with the deletion.

Sounds too good to be true. Your thoughts...pros and cons?

You're right. And being an occasional reader of these forums, it's interesting to see how pc users are trying to avoid malware. Some folks go to extraordinarily lengths by my standards and I wonder if the law of diminishing returns makes the extra security layering unprofitable at some point.

I installed Sandboxie and have found it pretty easy to use so far. That program, along with my AV, two antispyware programs, and Windows Firewall are just about all I'm inclined to use right now.
