Opions sought on PC testers

i am thinking about purchasing a kit that includes mainly hardware testing things, the 2 products I am looking at are....

Can anyone tell me about either of these 2 products and what they liked best. And I guess which one may be the best to buy, value for money and ease of use, that kind of thing.

I have used an old bootable disk of the QTpro, form 2000, it worked ok but was never conclusive I guess.
