opy DVD to DVD (application not Video)

For some reason I an umable to find my DVD/CD copier and need to use it urgently. I used to be able to copy a DVD/CD program from the original to a blank DVD/CD, but must have lost the program during a format. Can anyone help me please, I have used Roxio and Nero in the past, but a reliable freebie, even if only for a trial would be welcome.

Hi,

You can use imgburn.

Use the "create image file from disc" to copy the disc to HD as an ISO file.
Then use the "Write Image file to Disc" to burn the ISO to disc.

It should work fine unless the disc is encrypted.

This is nero 10 free, I've used this quite a bit to copy dvd to dvd or cd to cd. No need to burn to iso, then back to cd/dvd.

I'm going to test that out sometime. I gave up on Nero when my version 7 wouldn't burn correctly on Win7 and I didn't need that big a program to make buying the current version worthwhile. The burning engine is all I want from Nero.

Better still, I not keen on the ISO system. Nero - will give it a try.
