Oregon Trail 5

Yeah it's an old kids game, but I got addicted to it when my kid was in 3rd grade.

I recently installed it on a computer running XP and it hangs up when looking at the guidebook (there's no way to exit), talking to some people (the convo never starts) and fishing only partially works (the fish don't move).

I've searched the net and found other peeps with similar problems, but no fixes.

Any help would be appreciated.
