Hi, my sister bought a second hand slightly used laptop with genuine Windows 7 Home Premium OS (Acer Aspire 4750)

The problem was every website that needs logging in and signing in, the websites notifies her that her website's certificate is invalid and connection is unsecured.

Im not sure about what's happening but it feels like all outgoing data is not send directly to the website, might be a spyware collecting information before sending to the website that's why websites alerts her that her connection is unsecured or certificate invalid..

I already scanned her laptop using anti virus and now scanning using anti malware.

Incase that her laptop really needs to be reformatted we don't have the OS installer and the laptop driver CD.

Can we backup the OS and make it like an OS installer. and we need to backup the drivers to make sure everything will be working once we reformat the laptop

    Thanks

All Programs, Acer, Acer eRecovery Management.
Have either an external hard drive or DVDs to make the restore/recovery disks and driver disks. (I have an Aspire 722 without an optical drive. I hooked up an external USB DVD burner and burned my DVDs as soon as I got the computer).
