OS wont load

    i have win xp pro sp3 . my computer shows fast blue screen and restart, but when it restarted os loads perfectly but after loading it shows very fast blue screen i didnt have the chance to read it. what might be the problem? is it my OS or HDD?

    What happens in safe mode?
    Turn off restart on error so the BSOD details can be read and posted.
    Right Click My Computer and select Properties.
    Next, select Advanced and look for a block that says Startup and recovery. Press the settings button. In the System failure section, Automatically restart should be unchecked/unticked.

    i cant access my desktop, only winxp logo and loading after that theres a very fast blue screen then it would restart. same thing happens when i chose to start in safe mode or any other options.
