Hey. It's a roof to stay under. Is there water or power?

You'll get through this NJ. Keep exploring all options.

Look on the bright side: When you needed it, your family came through for you and helped you out. :)

It's about to be winter. Unless you live very very far south, you're going to be happy you have four walls around you and a roof over your head. No, it's not your dream house with a white picket fence. But you don't have to put up with that weasel of a landlord any more either. ;)

    EDIT:
Wait, you're in Georgia. Never mind. You guys don't have winters. LOL

Niiice temp digs man.:) Even if it does get cool, I'm sure that puppy has a propane space heater in there. Nice looking piece of land too. Good luck with your new start.:)

Congrats on your new 'temp' home!! You've been given a new start, make it count. Budget. If you don't know how to set one up, your local Social Services (county, state?) will have someone who can help you create a workable budget. They will also help you deal with the electric, telephone, etc. companies in getting set up with a even-monthly-payment plan. Stand up straight, put your best foot forward, and you'll do fine.

That sounds a hell of a lot better then renting an apartment and not owning something. At least with the mobile home you own it, and can even move it around places if you want. Good deal, I was looking at one also. This way you can save money to buy a better home.

All you really need in there is power, water, and internet :) if its on your parents land you could probuly wash your clothes and stuff over at their house.

NJ my heart goes out to you after the problems and setbacks you have suffered, I hope this can be the start of some good luck coming your way.

Actually, it looks pretty comfy. I guess it's not too hard to step outside if both start getting cabin fever. Glad at least the relatives came through for you. It looks like it might be better than a lot of apartments, anyway. Good luck for the future for yourself and your soon to be. :)

Keep your head high, my friend. Granted, it may not be what you want, but you got a damn good start....build on it! My best goes out to you and the Little Lady. Now, as for entertainment, as long as you have a TV and a DVD player, you can always go through your 'Airwolf' collection again:-D

Pretty nice. Dan and I lived in a motor home then sold it and got a fifth wheel. Had everything, it's a home, good luck to you both

Very nice of your in-laws to have given you a roof over your heads!!

Take this from an old lady who went thru some rough times as well: don't take anything what someone else does for you for granted, ever. ;)

    Good luck. :)

Nice place. I lived in one when I moved from south Fl to central Fl. Was a bit smaller but very comfy for me then my son and his pup moved in and it got a little tight at times. but we managed until the money came to move to a bigger place.
The main thing is you're stepping in the right direction and if you stay on that track everything will fall into place. Just do your utmost to stay on that track. Good fortune to you and your soon to be.;)

Edit: Listen to what oma said

Hey N5, it is a place to live. LOL, hope your friends don't like practical jokes, I would get you drunk, and pull your trailer to the nearest Walmart parking lot. :-D Would make an awesome Kodak moment when you opened the door the next day...

It will get better. At least your home does not say 'This Side Up' on the side.

Ok, can't resist... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tqxzWdKKu8 Just joking....
