Out look Express 6

I used to pick a picture out of a file , then click on it to send it to e-mail.
at that time I had the option to keep the picture small , and then it would end up on a e-mail, now when I do that a different page comes up , then when I hit send it does go BUT WHERE, I even send one to myself and it never came. I know this is not a good explanation but maybe some one can help, thanks again for your help in the past.

Open internet explorer.

Tools menu-> internet options->program tab. Change the page besides email to "Outlook Express 6" (or whatever you used before). Hit apply, OK, reboot, see if it works.

If you are not sure which email program you used before the problem, just cycle through them all until you get to a screen you recognize.
