Out look Express Runtime Error

    any one know why when i open my out look it wont let me in the first time and it says this.

    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
    RUN TIME ERROR!
    C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\office10\outlook.EXE

    if u have any ideas please send me some info
