Out of Sync

Hi Folks!

Fiddling with FSB and multipliers.
Soltek 75FRN2-RL
Corsair XMS PC3200
Barton 2500 pre week 39
When running FSB at 200 can change multipliers to whatever my heart (and heat) desires.
When running multipier at stock 11, can get FSB up to 218 before it starts to flake out.

I'm not messing with memory timings as the gain isn't that great, and trying to keep variables to a managable amount. Think aggressive timings are 8-3-3-3 IIRC.(what I'm running) Stuff is supposed to be capable of 6-3-3-2

I'm running the system at 211 x 11 for 2331 at 1.675v cpu andf 2.6v on RAM on stock air cooling, and trying to get 11.5 x 211 and get a message (think it's video but not sure) stating out of sync. Have tried bumping the voltages to a max of 1.725 and 2.8 in varying combos to no avail.

Tried rebooting a couple times, and got it past this message, then it either gives a BSOD, or gets to when it's gonna boot in the POST cycle, and ends up starting over in an infinite loop. What's out of sync? I'm too new to know what to try next.

Any ideas?
