Outing Myself As A Desk Slob, I Guess

Here’s a question that’s been bugging me: does anyone else get absolutely terrible at snacking when they’re sitting at their computer? I’m not just talking about dropping a crumb or two—more like a full-on disaster zone.

Like, when you clean out your keyboard you feel personal shame. Crumbs everywhere, sticky fingers on the mouse, and snacks disappearing like they have their own escape plan (granted I have boobs, every time you eat something, some of it has to be sacrificed to the bra god as tribute. That's a thing). Soda is the worst. You're doing something else, and you forget it's sitting there... I have an entire pile of dead keyboards because soda bottles and gravity are often incompatible.

The weirdest part is, it's pretty clean in general, I just seem to suck at eating at my desk.

Because my desk is also my dinner table, I often have to look through a collection of spaghetti sauce splatters on the monitor. I am sure that, if I were a gamer and into those games revolving around blood and mayhem, it would add a certain something to the realism.
